1. Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services, most transactions on HENX International Technologies are processed instantly and cannot be canceled once initiated.

  • Mobile/DTH recharges and bill payments are processed in real time. Once a request is submitted and successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or canceled.
  • For failed transactions (due to technical errors, invalid details, etc.), the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account or wallet.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Failed Transactions: If the amount has been debited from your account but the service (e.g., recharge, bill payment, DMT) was not completed.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate charges due to system error or accidental multiple submissions.
  • Wrong Amount Deducted: If the system deducts a higher amount than requested due to technical issues.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following scenarios:

  • Wrong number, account, or operator selected by the user.
  • Successful transactions where the service is delivered (e.g., recharge credited, bill paid, or money transferred).
  • Requests made after a considerable delay (typically more than 7 days after the transaction).
